our process
design
We have the expertise to design the product specifications according to customer’s needs and on site conditions.
PRINTING
At printing station, tin plates are rolled against cylinder to print up to two colors simultaneously.
Slitting
Body sheets are slitted into individual body blanks which will be formed into cans.
PRODUCT
Quality control inspection for any micro leak is given to every can produced.They are then packed into PE bags, cartons or placed on pallets for delivery to customers.
